Business overview

SET Building and Brickwork Ltd is a family-run building company based in Upminster, working across Havering, east London and Essex. New build homes are our speciality: we work with homeowners and their architects from the first drawings through to the day they move in. We also build single and double storey house extensions, side returns and wrap arounds, loft conversions (dormer, hip to gable, mansard and rooflight), full house renovations, kitchens, bathrooms, house roofing, garage conversions, windows and doors, plus brickwork and repointing. Over 15 years in the trade. Every job is priced after a site visit and put in writing, and building control inspections are booked and seen through to sign off.
