Company Overview We are InstaLoft, a UK-based home-improvement company specialising in loft boarding, storage and access solutions. We were founded in Telford in 2014 and have grown from a small local business into a national company operating across England and Wales. Our aim is simple: we help homeowners make better use of their unused loft space by creating safe, practical and accessible storage areas. To date, we have completed more than 73,000 installations and have grown to a team of more than 150 employees across eight depots. Our core service is our raised loft boarding system. This allows homeowners to create usable storage space while maintaining appropriate insulation levels. This is particularly valuable in modern new-build homes, where insulation requirements can make traditional loft boarding unsuitable. Alongside loft boarding, we offer a range of complementary products and services, including loft ladders, loft hatches, lighting, shelving, insulation and loft clearance. By providing these services together, we can offer our customers a complete loft-storage solution tailored to their individual requirements. Our main customers are homeowners looking to create additional storage without the cost and disruption of a full loft conversion or house extension. We also work with customers in new-build properties, where our approach to loft storage is designed to work alongside modern insulation requirements. One of our key strengths is our specialist knowledge and experience. Rather than being a general construction company, we focus specifically on loft storage and accessibility. Our national coverage, experienced installation teams and extensive track record allow us to deliver a consistent service to customers across England and Wales.
